How to Install T-REX Torch Series Upper Grille Insert w/ Two 3 in. LED Cubes & 12 in. LED Light Bar - Black (09-14 All, Excluding Raptor) on your Ford F-150

PARTS LIST:
(1) Mesh Grille 
(2) Flatnuts
(8) L-Brackets
(8) 6/32 Nylon Lock Nuts
(2) #8 Screws

Step 1 Remove Factory Grille Shell

• Remove 6 Bolts along the top of the Grille Shell. (Fig. 1)

• Remove 2 Clips along the Vericle Support Bar. (Fig. 2)

• Place the Plastic Prybar in betwen the Grille Shell and Hood, Firmly start nudging away the Grille Shell from the Hood. (the Grille Shell is latched on with Clips.). (Fig. 3) Remove the Grille Shell.

Step 2 Installing Grille

• With a Die Grinder, Remove the Vertical and Horizontal Plastic Bars that are around the Grille. (Fig. 4 & 5)

• Place the Grille into the Grille Opening. (Fig. 6)

• Place L-Brackets onto the Threaded Studs that are on the Grille and use Nylon Lock Nuts. (Fig. 7)

• Use the 1/8 Drillbit to Drill through the Brackets that are on the Sides of the Grille and place #8 Screws through them, Place Flatnuts behind to Thread the #8 Screw. (Fig. 8)
