How to Install T-REX Billet Series Polished Lower Grille - Horizontal on your F-150

99-03 F-150 Billet Bumper Insert
(Easy Install Bolt-On Overlay)

Parts List:

1 - Billet Bumper Insert (8 Bars)
2 - 6-32 x 1.5” Machine Screw
2 - 6-32 Nylock Nuts
2 - #6 Flat Washers
2 - 1.5” ‘J’ Hooks

Read and understand instructions before attempting installation

Step 1

Center the billet over the bumper opening. It will only fit one way. Remove the insert. Note the tabs welded to the rear of the insert. Take the billet and insert a screw into each tab from the front. Re-center the billet over the bars in the bumper opening. From the rear of the bumper, install the ‘J’ hooks and thread both Nylock nuts onto the screws. Make sure the hook wraps around the bars in the openings. Snug the hardware up; Do not overt tighten.

Step 2

If needed, loosen the hardware and adjust the inserts. Thank you for purchasing a T-Rex Billet Grille.
