How to Install T-REX Upper Class Series Mesh Side Vent - Chrome on your F-150

2 Mesh Side Vent Inserts (Driver / Passenger)

(Includes Black Backing Plate installed at Factory)

Read and understand instructions before attempting installation

Step 1

Apply masking tape to the fender (around the factory name molding). a heat gun; heat the side name molding. Using fishing line and gloves; slide the fishing line between vehicle and the molding and slide from front to back releasing the adhesive from the vehicle. Remove the tape. Clean the rest of the adhesive from the vehicle using alcohol.

Step 2

Locate the new billet T-REX side vents. With the surface fully cleaned, align the new side vents and apply them using caution to make sure that they are straight. Apply a restricted amount of pressure to the vents making sure that the vent adheres to the car. Repeat on other side.
