Construction and Appearance. Made from high-quality 6061/6063 billet aluminum, this grille is precision TIG welded and assembled using custom jigs. The black powdercoat finish is achieved through a multi-stage process that includes sandblasting, an epoxy primer base coat, and a color top coat, resulting in a long-lasting, OEM-quality textured finish.

Installation. Installation requires cutting of the factory grille and/or drilling to secure the insert properly. Basic to moderate skill level is recommended. The product includes a complete hardware kit and full-color instructions to assist in the installation process.
