Description
Easy Access. Leave the bed of your Ford F150 free to carry all of your gear and carry your bikes in a secure manner that also makes them easy to get to. The Surco 4-Bike Rack for 2 in. Receiver Hitch is a simple and elegant solution that mounts to the receiver hitch on your truck.
Heavy Duty. This unit is made of heavy grade steel tubing that has a high tensile strength and then is braced to increase its strength. This unit can carry up to four bikes and the channel that those bikes sit in is padded so that it does not scratch the finish of the bikes. The top plate that holds the bikes in place in transit is also lockable so that your bikes will stay with your rig, safe and secure. A heavy black powder coat is used to protect this one piece unit from corrosion, rust and road grime.
Installation Notes. Most trucks come with a trailer receiver standard from the factory and your Ford F150 should be no exception. This bike rake is a one piece unit and simply slides into the receiver and secures like any hitch assembly. If your truck does not have a receiver a professional can install one for you.
