Designed to give you the confidence necessary to take on rough conditions, these high quality SR Performance Gears will put more power to the ground to compensate for oversized tires ensuring traction over rocks and trail hazards.

      Quality Construction. Featuring a premium design and the use of high-tech technology in their manufacturing process makes SR Performance Ring and Pinion Gears one of the best gears available today. SR Performance manufactures their ring and pinion gears from forged 8620 triple alloy steel for superior strength. Featuring CNC cut and lapped gear teeth, SR Performance completes their gears in a black oxide finish for long lasting corrosion resistance.

      Recommended Upgrade. Changing your F-150's gear ratio will throw off the calibration of your speedometer, but a Handheld Tuner is a quick and easy way to fix this issue. Sold separately.

      Professional Installation Recommended. The installation of Ring and Pinon Gears can be a very intricate process, so mechanical experience is highly recommended. Follow the included instructions for best results.

      Application. This SR Performance 8.8-Inch Front Axle Ring and Pinion Gear Kit; 3.73 Gear Ratio is specifically designed for 1997-2014 Ford F-150 4WD models that are equipped with a 8.8-inch 28-spline front differential. Reverse rotation.

      Please Note. When changing your front axle gear ratio you need to change your rear axle gear ratio to match.
