      Description

      Performance Upgrade. The SPD Performance Alpha Catted Down-Pipes are engineered to significantly enhance exhaust flow and reduce back pressure in the 3.5L PowerBoost F-150. These downpipes optimize turbo response, improve fuel mileage, and lower exhaust temperatures for better overall vehicle performance while maintaining emissions compliance.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with 3" mandrel bent tubing, these downpipes include CNC laser cut 1/2" thick flanges and are TIG and MIG welded to ensure superior strength and longevity. A 4" flex pipe is incorporated to absorb engine and chassis movement. The catalytic converters are USA made, rhodium-coated 500-cell units designed for high flow and effective emissions reduction.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement for factory downpipes, installation is straightforward and requires no custom tuning or modifications. The plug-and-play design simplifies fitment without any need for drilling or fabrication.

      Application. Specifically crafted to fit 2021 through 2024 3.5L PowerBoost F-150 models, providing precise compatibility with stock exhaust systems. This product is not legal for sale or use in California due to state emissions regulations.
