Description

These rotors provide your truck with the braking power required to take on uneven off-road terrain. Specifically, the rotors’ unique slotted design works to expel brake dust and moister, as well as cool your brakes better. This translates to shorter braking distances, no matter where you drive.
Brawny Build Quality. These front rotors feature a cast iron construction to offer exceptional durability. These cast rotor blanks are then ground, machined, and balanced using advanced CNC machinery. This process produces a pair of rotors that meet OEM specifications. Rounding out their design is a durable black zinc coating that provides ultimate in corrosion protection and sleek looks.
Vented Rotors with Directional Slotting. These front rotors’ core performance feature is a unique directional slotted design with alternating full- and half-length slots. This design works to provide more efficient removal of brake dust, as well as improved hydroplaning prevention. All these results in an improved brake pad bite. This design also takes care of brake cooling, especially in conjunction with the rotors’ vented design. Finally, these slots feature chamfered edges eliminating stress areas that could lead to cracking.
Professional Installation Recommended. Mounting these SP Performance rotors onto your truck will not require modifications to your braking system. That being said, a runout gauge is necessary for proper installation. Wheel alignment also needs to be checked after installation. If you do not have a runout gauge and would rather not acquire one, professional installation is always an option.
