Description
Enhanced Throttle Body. The 80mm/85mm effective bore premium throttle body is engineered to improve airflow and throttle response, delivering increased air volume across all throttle positions. This results in enhanced overall power and drivability, ideal for enthusiasts seeking optimized performance without compromising idle quality.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from brand new OEM Bosch components, this throttle body features a ported taper and upstream bore with a velocity stack that includes lip and bore reduction to optimize airflow. It has a 16 Ra microinch diamond polished surface finish to reduce skin friction and enhance air velocity. The design incorporates sharp leading and trailing blade edges, shaftless high-pressure side of the blade for a larger flow area, and dome, thread-locked screws to ensure long-lasting durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. It is a direct replacement compatible with existing hardware and connectors, allowing for quick and easy upgrades without the need for modifications.
Warranty. An optional extended warranty is available for added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically fits the 2015 to 2017 5.0L F-150 models without any known exclusions or modifications required.
