    Description

    Universal Mounting. The Smittybilt Axle and Shovel Mount are heavy-duty universal mounting brackets that provide secure mounting for a defender roof rack’s axle and shovel. Designed for Ford F-150’s defender roof rack, they accept standard padlocks for additional safety and security.

    High-Grade Hardware Installation. The Smittybilt Defender Roof Rack Axle and Shovel Mount will require 5/16” bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and nuts for installation. It’s recommended to use grade 5 or higher hardware grades when mounting these brackets.

    Original Purchaser Warranty. The Smittybilt Defender Roof Rack Axle and Shovel Mount is available with Limited Warranty. As such, Smittybilt only warrants to the original purchaser of the mount.

    Application. The Smittybilt Defender Roof Rack Axle and Shovel Mount fits all 1997-2026 Ford F-150 models. These brackets are designed for the F-150s defender roof racks, providing maximum security.
