The Smittybilt 4.50 Foot Defender Roof Rack Light Cage is precisely that. This light cage is heavy duty steel to protect 4 lights that are up to 9 inches in diameter and look good while doing it. Premium Materials. Smittybilt does not cut corners on its materials and engineering. This light cage is made from 16 gauge steel tubing that is fully welded for strength and has a robust 1-inch diameter. There is no drilling required so you will not compromise the heavy duty black powder coating that will protect your investment from corrosion, rust and road grime. The entire cage weighs 18 pounds.
Installation Notes. Nothing could be simpler than installing this light cage. It is specifically designed and engineered to be a direct bolt-on addition to your Smittybilt Defender Rack (not included). It is simply a matter of lining up the pre-drilled holes and installing the bolts that will hold it in place. A basic set of tools will get the job done quickly and easily.
Warranty Information. Smittybilt powder-coated products carry a limited warranty for repair or replacement for 5 years or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of purchase. Contact Smittybilt directly for complete details and terms.
