Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these springs undergo an advanced shot peening process to compress the steel surface and increase tensile strength. They are preset to solid height to prevent sagging and fatigue, with closed and flat-ground coil ends for even force distribution. The springs are coated with a durable, corrosion-resistant powder-coated black finish and are cycle tested for quality assurance.
