Description
Full-size Tire Carrier. If going for a road trip is your idea of fun, then you know a spare tire will always come in handy. This vertical-mount tire carrier by Wilco Products secures your full-size back up tire at the rear bumper with a swing away design allowing for wide access to the cargo in the truck bed. The tire carrier has a capacity of 150 pounds and will carry up to 40" tires for large trucks and 35" for smaller trucks. With this carrier you can tread the beaten path without having to worry about ground clearance and cargo space.
Heavy-Duty Construction. The powder coat and black polyester semi-gloss finish makes the tire carrier attractive while offering resistance to damage by harsh elements at the same time. It is also equipped with zinc plated hardware and has a 2 inch diameter steel tube that makes the carrier durable.
Extra Protection. With this kind of carrier, you are guaranteed safety of your tire. The tire is mounted on the carrier plate and secured with the dual latching included in the kit. This carrier also features a black PVC coated steel safety cable that is lockable to offer the extra protection you need.
Warranty. Wilco Products offers limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser and owner of the car on which the Wilco Offroad Tiregate Vertical Mount Tire Carrier was installed for defects in workmanship and material. This is exclusive of defects caused by accidents, product misuse, modification or improper installation.
Application. The Wilco Offroad Tiregate Vertical Mount Tire Carrier fits all Silverado 1500 models from 2007 to 2018.
