Construction and Appearance. Constructed from forged steel, this control arm features a thicker cross section and a filled recess for increased strength. It includes upgraded rubber bushings with knurling for secure attachment to the sub-frame, and a neoprene dust boot protects the ball joint. The assembly is finished with a corrosion-resistant Repel-Tek surface treatment, ensuring long-lasting durability under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling and is designed for ease and speed with supplied part-specific slotted castle nut and snap cotter pin. The inclusion of a 180-degree SAE grease fitting simplifies routine maintenance and servicing.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 1999-2006 Silverado 1500 models, ensuring precise fit with no modifications necessary for this range.
