Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve; 4-Inch x 12-Inch is designed to shield exhaust systems and nearby components from extreme heat. It is often used to wrap larger diameter exhaust pipes, preventing heat transfer into vehicle cabins and enabling protection of sensors and flanges without damage. This sleeve can be cut to size and adapted easily for custom installations.

Crafted from titanium knit material, this exhaust sleeve is engineered for superior heat resistance with a maximum rating of 1800°F and a continuous rating of 1382°F. It features a flexible knitted design that allows expansion up to 1.5 times its normal diameter. The sleeve exhibits a high-quality metallic finish characteristic of titanium, providing durability and thermal insulation.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling; the sleeve simply slides over pipes and can be trimmed as needed. Two stainless steel locking ties and a dedicated tool are included to secure the sleeve in place reliably.
