Ideal for wrapping larger exhaust pipes, this sleeve provides an effective thermal barrier that enhances performance and longevity. It is durable and can be cut to the desired length for custom installations.

Construction and Appearance. Made from high-temperature resistant titanium knit material, this exhaust sleeve withstands continuous temperatures up to 1382°F and peaks at 1800°F. The knitted construction allows expansion up to 1.5 times its normal diameter, enabling installation over flanges and sensor threads. It features a silvery metallic knit texture that combines durability with a professional look.

Installation. Installing the sleeve is simple and requires no drilling. Wrap the sleeve around the exhaust pipe, secure it with the included stainless steel locking ties, and tighten using the supplied locking tie tool. The sleeve can be cut to length and the ends rolled for a precise fit and clean finish.
