      Description

      Heavy-Duty Cab Stabilizer. The Rust Buster Rear Cab Mount is designed to replace the factory‑rusted or damaged cab mount on Chevy Silverado trucks. The Rear Cab Mount restores body‑to‑frame rigidity, preventing unwanted cab movement during turns and improving overall driving stability, particularly on older trucks prone to corrosion.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from robust 11‑gauge cold‑rolled steel, the Rear Cab Mount is laser‑cut and fully finish‑welded to match OE shape and mounting points. It ships with an oil protective coating to guard against transit oxidation, and is ready to be painted or treated with rust‑resistant coatings after installation.

      Installation. Welding is required to install the Rear Cab Mount, as it slides into position and must be fully welded for structural integrity. While specialized tools like a welder and grinder are needed, the overall installation is straightforward for experienced DIYers or professional shops.
