      Description

      Repair Your Silverado's Rusty Body. Is your Silverado suffering from bubbling paint and rust holes in the body? While excessive rust isn't uncommon, particularly in northern areas that regularly apply road salt and other chemical deicing agents to the road in the winter, it surely is unsightly. Several rust-prone body panels exist on your 2000-2006 Silverado, though the lower door skins are one of the most prevalent. This Outer Door Skin is a premium patch panel engineered to replace the rusted and corroded factory component, featuring a premium steel construction, precision-contoured form factor, and black EDP finish. 

      Premium Construction. This outer door skin is manufactured from premium steel for exceptional strength and durability, ensuring like-new structural integrity. This component is also coated in premium EDP, a highly protective bare metal primer engineered to protect the underlying steel against surface rust and corrosion. EDP is also fully paintable, reducing required prep work before finishing. 

      Requires Welding and Fabrication. This outer door skin requires welding, fabrication, and extensive knowledge of bodywork to install. For this reason, professional installation is recommended for factory-quality repair. 

      Warranty. A limited lifetime warranty covers this product against manufacturing defects. 

      Application. This Outer Door Skin fits all 2000-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab models.
