      Description

      High-Temperature Electrical Protection. The Hi-Temp Shrink Tube (3mm x 50 feet) provides durable insulation and protection for electrical wiring in demanding environments. It shields wires and connections from contaminants and mechanical strain, ensuring reliable performance and extending the life of electrical components in automotive and other high-heat applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from professional-grade flexible polyolefin, this tubing meets military specifications (DTL-23053/5C) for durability and heat resistance. Its over-expanded design easily fits over connectors and shrinks uniformly with a smooth, flexible finish, maintaining original length while providing a secure, water-tight seal.

      Installation. Installation is simple using a heat gun heated to 120°F to 180°F, which causes the tubing to shrink tightly around wires and connectors. No drilling or special tools are required, making this product suitable for both professional and enthusiast use.

      Application. Designed for universal use with some adaptation as needed. Not recommended for direct application onto exhaust components due to exposure to temperatures beyond the product’s operating range.
