Description
Heat Control Solution. The Floor and Tunnel Shield II; 21-Inch x 48-Inch; Black provides effective insulation by blocking engine and exhaust heat from entering vehicle interiors and protecting components from heat damage. Designed for versatility, it is ideal for use on firewalls, transmission tunnels, floors, and other areas where heat protection is essential.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a proprietary high-temperature black coating applied to an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8-inch composite glass-fiber core, this shield combines durability with flexibility. The sleek black finish provides a clean appearance while the composite materials ensure excellent thermal resistance and longevity.
Installation. This product installs easily with a strong peel-and-stick adhesive backing engineered to resist wind and water exposure. No drilling is needed, and it can be trimmed or shaped to fit uneven or complex surfaces.
Application. Designed for universal fit; some trimming or adaptation may be required to suit specific installation needs. Not intended for direct contact with exhaust components.
