      Description

      OEM Fit Evaporative Emissions Canister. Prevent fuel vapor from being released out into the environment and boost the efficiency of your vehicle by replacing a damaged charcoal canister with this Evaporative Emissions Charcoal Canister. This direct-replacement part fits regular and extended Cab Chevy Silverado trucks and allows them to handle fuel vapor safely and efficiently during the combustion cycle.

      Plastic Build. This canister is made from a tough molded plastic on the outside and features layers of carbon within to capture fuel vapor emissions efficiently.

      Mid-Level Installation Task. The canister takes 1-2 hours to replace for most mechanics, and some canister require lowering the fuel tank while others are simpler to access. This is a job that should be completed by a professional for the best possible results.

      Made to OEM Standards. This protective canister is made to the same standards as the original charcoal canister. This product effectively pulls fuel vapor from your engine's emissions and helps to redirect that vapor back to the engine so it can be burnt properly.
