      Description

      Canister Vent Valve for the Emissions System. Remove many emissions system error codes by replacing the EVAP emissions canister vent valve from your vehicle with this direct-fit part. The replacement fits and performs the same tasks as the original part in your truck. Add this model to your ride and effectively capture fuel vapor before it's released so the emissions protection system can function as it was meant to.

      Anti-Corrosion Design. This valve is formed with powder-coated lines, plastic protected sleeves, and plastic clips to help guard against corrosion over time. The valve is made to handle exposure to the elements for years.

      Intermediate Installation. This valve is moderately difficult to install for most truck owners and takes 1-2 hours to install properly. The valve can be replaced through simple steps, but many underbody components must be moved to access the valve.

      Direct Replacement Product. This valve is a direct replacement product for compatible Silverado trucks. When installed on the vehicle, this valve effectively captures fuel vapor emissions and only releases them to the charcoal vacuum canister for processing.

      Application. This replacement EVAP vent valve is made to fit 2011-2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab trucks equipped with a 5.80-foot short box.
