Description

The Titanium Exhaust Wrap; 6-Inch x 100-Foot is engineered to provide superior thermal protection by insulating exhaust components and reducing heat transfer to surrounding areas. Ideal for enhancing performance and durability, it is commonly applied on automotive and motorcycle exhausts to improve airflow and reduce vibration breakdown.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from pulverized lava rock fibers woven into a proprietary diagonal weave, this wrap offers excellent strength and pliability. Featuring a high-tech carbon fiber look, it does not require silicone coating or pre-wetting, providing a durable, chemical-resistant finish.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and user-friendly, suitable for wrapping tight bends without needing pre-wetting or special treatments. No drilling is required, but care should be taken not to remove or reposition after initial heat cycling to avoid fiber damage.
Application. Designed to fit universal applications; some adaptation may be required depending on exhaust configuration. Not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems or catalytic converters due to safety concerns.
