      Description

      Seat Adapter Solution. The Recaro Sport C Seat Adapter is designed to adapt the Recaro Sport C seat to Planted Seat Brackets with a standard bolt pattern, enabling a straightforward and low-profile installation by bridging the mounting differences between the seat and bracket while increasing height by only 3/16 of an inch.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 3/16-inch-thick steel spacers and other durable metal components, the adapter features a combination of black and silver finishes that enhance its sleek and functional design. The hardware includes robust machined nut inserts, button head cap screws, washers, and nyloc nuts to ensure a secure attachment and lasting reliability.

      Installation. Installation uses the original slider holes to position and secure the spacers and seat bracket without the need for drilling. Minor modifications, such as filing or removing the rear set pin on the Sport C slider, may be required in some applications to allow proper clearance of the seat bracket. The adapter secures both the front and rear of the seat bracket using the provided fasteners and nut inserts.

      Application. This seat adapter fits either side of the vehicle, but some adaptation may be necessary depending on the specific seat bracket and vehicle configuration. It is not a guaranteed universal fit.
