Description
Rear Frame Repair Kit. The Rust Buster Rear Frame Section Driver Side is designed to restore and reinforce the rear frame of heavy-duty GM pickups. It addresses rust and structural damage by providing a replacement section that fits seamlessly with the vehicle's frame. Essential for maintaining vehicle integrity and extending service life, this repair kit enables proper restoration.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, this frame repair section is precision-engineered using the latest scanner technology and CAD software to ensure exact fitment. It features knockout tabs for optional rivet removal and is shipped with an oil protective coating to prevent oxidation during transit. The kit can be further protected with specialized rust converter paint for enhanced durability.
Installation. Installation requires welding and is designed to attach using matching OE holes without cutting the original frame. Welding skills are necessary to complete the repair.
