The Heat Sheath GOLD; 0.50-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to protect critical lines, hoses, and wires from heat damage and abrasion in demanding automotive environments. It reflects radiant heat up to 800°F and keeps components cool, maintaining flexibility and integrity under intense thermal conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This product is constructed with a metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a durable 20-ounce heat-treated glass fiber base. It features reinforcement with aramid thread for superior heat resistance and abrasion durability. The finish includes a gold metalized outer layer that effectively reflects radiant heat.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling; simply unhook the existing line or hose, cut the sheath to the desired length, slide it over, and reattach the component. This ease of use makes it practical for a wide range of applications.

      Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
