Description
Custom Tow Bar Base Plate. The Custom Tow Bar Base Plate provides a secure and reliable attachment point for dinghy towing your vehicle with tow bars. It is designed to distribute towing forces evenly to reduce stress on the frame, ensuring safe and efficient towing. This essential component offers a strong and vehicle-specific mounting solution.
Construction and Appearance. Built from precisely welded carbon steel, this base plate features a durable high-gloss black powder coat finish for superior protection and a sleek look. It is co-cured inside and out with a rust-resistant liquid A-coat to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance and reliable performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with twist-lock tabs that allow easy attachment and removal as needed. The design ensures a clean fit with concealed brackets that maintain an OEM look while installed securely to the vehicle frame.
Warranty. This base plate comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering one year on the finish and one year on parts.
Application. Specifically compatible with 2019 through 2026 Sierra 1500 models, excluding those with 2.7L or 3.0L engines.
