      Description

      Rear Wheel Housing Upgrade. The SeaSucker Rear Wheel Housing and Ladder Strap is a replacement upgrade for your standard rear wheel strap setup. It provides a more secure hold on your bike's rear wheel by utilizing a ladder strap and buckle instead of the standard VELCRO strap. This upgrade improves the reliability of your bike's attachment during transport, especially on SeaSucker's Talon, Mini Bomber, and Bomber racks.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a 25 aluminum front wheel mount attached to a durable 1/2" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) body, this component ensures strength and longevity. The front wheel holder measures approximately 14" by 6" and stands 19" tall, and it is designed to accommodate wheels up to 29" in size. The finish is practical and optimized for rugged outdoor use.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. Simply remove the existing housing by unscrewing four corner screws, position the new rear wheel housing over the vacuum cup and pump, align the screws, and tighten securely.

      Application. Designed for universal fit with some adaptation potentially necessary. It supports standard road, cyclocross, and mountain bike wheels but requires additional plugs for specific through-axle configurations. It does not accommodate boost hubs (15x110mm).
