That's where the Rugged Ridge 7/8 in. Black 13,500 lb. D-Ring Shackle is going to shine. The heavy-duty steel and black powder coat will provide a sturdy recovery point for attaching straps, hooks, and other D-rings with lines attached to pull off even the biggest solutions.

Just Massive. This D-ring is forged from 100% heavy-duty steel, giving it a working load limit of 13,500 lbs. That's enough to pull a little over two fully-loaded Silverado 1500s just on its own - not that we recommend that, of course. The black powder-coating it comes with provides a long-lasting finish to protect against the elements, debris, and particularly sharp recovery hooks.

The Perfect Addition. If you're just getting your recovery kit started or if you're looking to upgrade, these D-rings are a no-miss addition every time. With a more wire-friendly load-bearing surface than a recovery hook and a simple mounting method, they're perfect in any recovery situation.

Installation. This should only take a few minutes. Unscrew the mounting pin and put the D-ring shackle on either side of the mount on your vehicle. Then slide the mounting pin through all three points and screw it in to secure it. All done!
