How to Install Rough Country Wheel Spacers - 1/4 in. (04-18 All) on your Ford F-150

Professional knowledge of disassemble/reassembly procedures as well as post installation checks must be known. Attempts to install these wheel spacers without this knowledge and expertise may jeopardize the integrity and/or operating safety of the vehicle.

Please read instructions before beginning installation. Also please review tools needed list and make sure you have needed tools.

Important Note: Spacers must be periodically checked to ensure tightness.

Installation Instructions

1. Chock the tires and jack up the vehicle.
2. Remove the lug nuts and remove the tire and wheel. If retaining clips are present they must be removed for the spacer to sit flat on the rotor surface. Note: Failure to remove the factory retaining clips on the wheel studs could result in a wheel /tire vibration.
3. Install the wheel spacers as shown. See Photo 1.
4. Reinstall the wheels and tighten the lug nuts to manufacturer specifications . DO NOT EXCEED MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS.

Post Installation

Wheels must be re-torqued periodically. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during routine vehicle service.
