Choose from LED light cubes, and other auxiliary lights that pair up with these super bright 10-inch LED light pods and third brake window lights for greater visibility at night and an amazing appearance for your Ford F-150. 

      Sophisticated Design. Road Armor designed this Headache Rack system with its signature hexagonal hyve mesh trim surrounded by a beauty ring and iD pattern mesh for a truly cultivated design. 

      Durable CNC Construction. This Headache Rack comes fully CNC laser cut for a precise fit and is composed of 11-gauge steel for superior strength. In addition, this raw steel comes with a raw finish that’s ready to paint and match your F-150. 

      Bolt-On Assembly. Install this Headache Rack with high-strength anchor bolts that fit with multiple cover options, including USA American Roll Covers and BAKFlip MX4 covers that utilize these bed rails. In addition, there are no modifications required for assembly.
