Four permanent mount bases install neatly into the ditch or gutter of your F-150's roof giving it a factory installed look. The legs simply lock into place on those bases for easy installation and removal of the legs and crossbars. 

Seamless Integration. Rhino-Rack precision engineers their roof rack components for a perfect it, quick and easy attachment/removal, and low profile stealth mounts that are nearly unnoticeable when the racks are not mounted. The trigger locking system allows for a single person attach/removal of the crossbars. A lockable cover plate keeps the mounts secure on the vehicle when it's parked and unattended.
