      Video Review & Installation

Hey guys, Justin with here with a quick breakdown and sound clips of the Roush Extreme axle-back exhaust system available for your 2005 to 2009 Mustang GT. Roush, of course, is synonymous with Mustangs, having created some pretty incredible turnkey specialty Mustangs, packing a ton of performance, for their big catalog of performance products aiming to make your Mustang look, sound and perform even better. Of course, sound is what we're talking about here today, guys. Roush has really planted their flag in the aftermarket exhaust world here with the Mustang and has really become a fan favorite as of late. As you guys just heard, the Extreme definitely lives up to its name as being a very aggressive axle-back available for your three valve powered GT, that is definitely going to turn some heads when installed. As for the pricing, guys, you're going to find this system to fall right in the middle of the road as far as aftermarket axle-backs are concerned for your '05 to '09 car. With all that out of the way guys, let's talk about how the Extreme gets its sound. As you can see on the surface here it's pretty obvious. That's because there's really no mufflers to speak of. Instead, Roush decided to use two straight through high flow resonators in place of those traditional mufflers to get that really deep throaty grunt. Of course, the best part is you're not going to have to worry about having any interior drone while cruising on the highway. Construction wise, you are going to be looking at two and a half inch aluminized steel tubing while those high flow resonators are three inch aluminized steel. The tips here are 304 grade stainless steel and they are done in Roush's flash chrome process that should help it maintain its good look for years to come. Because getting the Roush installed requires no modification whatsoever, it simply bolts on, you can expect to spend roughly an hour in the driveway using some basic hand tools, removing your factory axleback, and getting the new Roush installed in its place. If you guys are looking for an axleback to give your three valve a very aggressive tone from one of the leaders in Mustang performance, then be sure to check out the Extreme from Roush, available at your number one source for all things Mustang,

Boost / Vacuum Pressure. Not only does the Multi-Gauge monitor all of your F-150's critical systems, but it also monitors your Boost and Vacuum Pressure as well. Using the live data pulled from the OBD-II diagnostic port the Multi-Gauge can accurately measure your F-150's intake manifold pressure.

Reads/Clears Codes. The Raxiom Vent Integrated OBD2 Multi-Gauge works as a diagnostic code reader giving you the ability to read and clear your own trouble codes. Save yourself hundreds of dollars each year by reading and clearing your own codes rather than paying a dealer to do the same thing. It's as easy as a few simple steps.

Measure 0-60 Times. Another really cool feature of the Raxiom OBD2 Multi-Gauge is that it allows you to measure your 0 to 60 elapsed times. By keeping track of your 0-60 times you can see the difference your latest go fast mods have made.

Programmable Shift Light. Using live data from your F-150's OBD-II diagnostic port the Raxiom Multi-Gauge monitors engine speed (RPM). By measuring the engine speed the Multi-Gauge can be custom programmed for use as a shift warning light for perfect precise shifts every time.

Auto or Manual Dimmer. Raxiom designed their Multi-Gauge so that it can be dimmed automatically in conjunction with your interior lights or manually with a push of a button. This is a really nice feature that further enhances its function and sleek appearance.

Recommended Software Upgrade. The Raxiom Vent Integrated OBD2 Multi-Gauge is already packed with cool features, but now you can add even more with Raxiom's Track Pack Software Upgrade. This software upgrade will allow you to monitor your F-150's Air/Fuel ratio as well as capture acceleration and braking times. Sold separately, see option listed above.

Analog Sensor Upgrade. The Multi-Gauge can monitor your F150's Boost / Vacuum Pressure using the data from the OBD-II port which is accurate, but if you are running an aftermarket force induction setup you are going to want super accurate readings. That is why Raxiom offers an Analog Sensor Upgrade for their Multi-Gauge. This Analog Sensor Upgrade is ideal for heavily modified, supercharged and turbocharged F-150s. Sold separately, see option listed above.

Application. The Raxiom Left Hand Vent Integrated OBD2 Multi-Gauge without Housing is specially designed to fit all 2015 to 2020 F-150s including King Ranch, Lariat, Limited, Platinum, XL and XLT models. HVAC vent housing is not included, reuses your existing factory vent.
