Exceptional Suspension Control. The Rancho RS5000X Front Shock for 2.50-Inch Lift enhances vehicle handling both on- and off-road by utilizing an exclusive valving system and advanced compression technology. Designed to improve ride quality and vehicle stability, these shocks are ideal for daily drivers and off-road enthusiasts seeking superior control and comfort with a lifted suspension.
Construction and Appearance. Built with a robust 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod to resist scuffing and corrosion, the shock includes a 35mm sintered iron piston for added strength and durability. The twin-tube body is filled with all-weather fluid that maintains performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F. A durable painted finish, polyvinyl protective boot, polyurethane rebound bumper, and rubber bushings reduce harshness while protecting components and enhancing smooth operation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with included mounting hardware to ensure a secure fit. No drilling is required, making it suitable for experienced DIYers or professional installation.
Warranty. This shock absorber is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, providing confidence in product longevity.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the front position on 2011-2026 4WD F-350 Super Duty trucks with a 2.5-inch lift when used with Rancho RS66553B and RS66555R9 suspension systems.
