This product enhances overall steering control and stability by dampening unwanted steering movement.
Construction and Appearance. This steering damper features a twin-tube cellular gas design filled with all-weather fluid that allows optimal operation across extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F. It incorporates a protective boot to shield the shock rod and oil seal from dirt and debris, ensuring durability and extended life. The body diameter measures 1.86 inches and is finished with a performance-grade coating designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, using OEM steering damper mounts without any need for drilling or modifications. It is compatible with the original mounting locations on the vehicle, allowing for a hassle-free replacement or upgrade.
