Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This front bumper is manufactured from 4-inch wide schedule 4 steel pipe that’s machine-formed into its main support structure. Heavy-duty diamond plate steel panels are then formed into the bumper’s body with steel mesh inserts, giving it a distinctive look. Meanwhile, its grille guard is made using 12-gauge steel tubing and 0.312-inch thick plate steel for its support columns. These different components are then expertly welded, offering a clean look and superior rigidity.
