      Description

      Professional Racing Support. The RaceQuip FIA Rated Composite Racing Seat; 17-Inch X-Large is designed to provide maximum support and containment for serious drivers. It helps maintain driver stability during high-G cornering and rapid maneuvers, improving car control and safety. Its design is intended for professional use in motorsports, delivering comfort and protection in demanding environments.

      Construction and Appearance. This racing seat features a one-piece FRP hand-laid composite shell, making it both lightweight and durable. The seat includes energy-absorbing memory foam in the bottom and back cushions for enhanced comfort and safety. The cloth fabric covering offers breathability, with a more durable smooth covering in high-wear areas. Exposed shell areas are finished with a shiny black gelcoat, providing an attractive and easy-to-clean surface.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with four built-in 8mm side mount threaded fasteners. No drilling is required for mounting when using compatible brackets, which are sold separately. Optional RaceQuip seat brackets allow adjustment of the seat angle from 0° upright to 30° laid-back.

      Application. Designed for universal fitment; some adaptation may be required to suit specific vehicles or chassis configurations.
