Get Ready to Hit the Trail. Giving your Chevy Silverado 1500 a 6-inch lift with the Pro Comp 6 inch Lift Kit will get it ready for aggressive off-road adventures on rugged or rocky trails. You get an intimidating aggressive new stance that will allow you to hit the trail with confidence. This kit can accommodate tires up to 35 inches in diameter.

Strong Metal Components. This lift kit features parts that are made from high quality metals. The rear lift blocks are made from cast iron for extra strength. Other components, including crossmembers, are constructed from strong steel. All the mounts and hardware needed for installation are also supplied.

Hire a Professional. If you are not experienced with installing suspension systems, it’s recommended you have a professional mechanic install this system. Special tools, including a tie rod puller and ball joint separator tool, are required. Modifications to your truck will require the use of a metal cutter and a grinder.

Tech Notes. Realignment of front end and head lights is required after installation. If you install tires that are 10 percent larger than stock, you will need to have your speedometer and ABS system recalibrated. Additional modifications may be needed when installing 35 x 12.5 inch tires.
