As a direct replacement heavy-duty pan, it increases capacity by 3 quarts and leverages deep-cast aluminum design to help stabilize temps, extend fluid life, and support consistent shift quality. This upgrade delivers cooling headroom and confidence without altering factory geometry.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from deep cast A356.0-T6 aluminum with a textured black finish, the pan resists warping and dissipates heat efficiently. Three-quarter-inch tall external fins and deep 3/4-inch internal baffles enhance convection and heat absorption, while the robust rail and machined sealing face promote a dry, long-lasting seal. A 304 stainless steel drain plug with a high-temperature rated neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring simplifies clean service intervals by capturing fine wear particles. An integrated 1/8-inch NPT port (with pre-installed plug) provides a convenient path for a temp sensor or auxiliary monitoring.

      Installation. The pan installs as a direct replacement using the included flat gasket, transmission filter, and hardware for an adaptable, garage-friendly process. Support the transmission, drain, and remove the stock pan; clean the mating surface, position the new filter and gasket, and torque the M8 Allen bolts in an even sequence. Route any sensor lead through the NPT port if desired, then refill with the appropriate ATF and verify level with the engine at operating temperature. The rigid casting and precise flange help deliver a rattle-free, leak-resistant result.
