      Description

      Optimized Oil Scavenging for Dry Sump Systems. This hose kit replaces factory rubber lines with PTFE and stainless braid assemblies that maintain full flow in a multi-stage dry sump setup. By preventing hose collapse under high vacuum, it ensures consistent oil return from the tank to the pump, protecting engine bearings during high-G maneuvers or sustained high RPM operation.

      Built to Withstand Harsh Underhood Conditions. Constructed from aerospace-grade PTFE and reinforced with 316 stainless braid, each hose resists abrasion, kinking, and chemical attack from oil additives. The AN swivel fittings maintain a secure, vibration-proof connection over thousands of hours of service.

      Installation. This product routes along existing oil lines and secures with the supplied clamps—no cutting or fabrication required.

      Application. This PPE Dry Sump Oil Line Kit fits 2001–2016 6.6L Duramax Sierra 2500 HD models equipped with the PPE dry sump five-stage gear oil pump.
