      Description

      Premium Silicone Hose. The PPE 6mm 5-ply Silicone Hose; No. 2 is designed to replace stock intercooler inlet hoses with a durable and high-performance option. It ensures reliable fluid and air transfer across the cooling system while resisting the stresses of high boost pressures and extreme temperatures.

      Construction and Appearance. This hose features a 5-ply Nomex reinforced fiber construction combined with a fluorocarbon inner lining for superior chemical resistance and lubricity. The silicone rubber exterior offers excellent UV and ozone resistance, maintaining flexibility and structural integrity even under harsh environmental conditions. The hose has a 6mm thick wall for added durability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with standard hose clamps, though due to its thick walls clamps must be sized ½ inch larger than the hose inner diameter. No drilling or complex modifications are required for fitment.

      Warranty. This product includes a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2001 through 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 HD models without exceptions.
