The rotors are cross-drilled and grooved for improved heat regulation, while ceramic brake pads replace traditional metallic brake pads for stronger braking power. Even in the hottest conditions, ceramic brake pads, which are commonly used in street performance generate a tremendous amount of heat when speeding and can reduce their temperature a lot faster compared to the conventional brake pads.
Made to Last. By controlling temperature, the PowerStop Z23 Evolution Sport 6-Lug Brake Rotor, Pad, and Caliper Kit help to reduce fading more efficiently compared to its competitors. Heat accumulation is significantly decreased when ceramic brake pads are used with perforated rotors, and brake fading due to fluid boiling is uncommon. Due to its high-quality components, this brake rotor set eliminates the risk of having a screeching sound that its counterparts have. Finally, ceramic materials are more durable and produce finer, less noticeable dust that does not stick to most wheel surfaces.
