Description

This ring and pinion kit is engineered to keep gear noise or whine to a minimum. Aside from the benefits of high reduction ratios, this is one of the best system upgrade you can give your ride for delivering power quietly and reliably.
Heavy-duty Construction. Each piece in the Nitro Gear & Axle Kit is crafted from 8620 steel gear forgings in the same manufacturing facilities as that of Ford. They have been precision-machined using computer controlled processes, heat treated, CNC triple-lapped, and Rockwell tested for hardness. These processes ensure excellent fitment, ideal contact pattern, and smooth, quiet performance.
Mechanical Expertise Required. You will need some mechanical expertise when installing the Nitro Gear & Axle Ring and Pinion Kit. The whole installation process can be done in approximately 4 hours.
Two-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Nitro Gear & Axle is very confident with the high quality of their products that they offer a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all Ring and Pinion products. Check the manufacturer site for more details.
