Description

This rear axle is actually up to 35% stronger than the stock version. What’s more, it comes dual-drilled to allow the use of both 12 and 14 mm studs.
CNC-Machined and Heat Treated. The Nitro Gear & Axle Dual-Drilled Axle Shaft is manufactured from heat-treated 1541H-grade steel alloy. This incredibly tough material has a higher tensile strength rating of up to 181,000 psi compared to stock with a typical rating of around 120,000 psi. This increased is rigidity and strength means that this axle is better suited for high-performance activities such as off-roading or towing. And with CNC-machining, you get smooth and a precise axle that’s guaranteed to fit your Ford F-150 truck.
