It has been designed to more smoothly transfer power from your Ford F-150’s engine to the wheels. This allows you to drive more aggressively and perform even more rigorous towing operations with your truck.

High-Quality Steel Construction. Nitro manufactured these Ring and Pinion gears out of premium-level 8620 steel which has been precision machined using a computer controlled process. The manufacturing process also includes heat treating, CNC triple lapping, and Rockwell testing which ensure reliability and smoothness and operation.

Recommended Upgrade. Changing the gear ratio of your Ford F-150’s differential may cause the speedometer to show inaccurate speed. However, this can be easily fixed with the use of a handheld tuner (not included).

Note on Installation. Please note that installing these Ring and Pinion gears involves an intricate and delicate process. We recommend the help of a highly qualified and experienced mechanic.

Application. This 4:11 ratio Nitro Gear & Axle 8.8 in. Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is specifically designed for 2015-2025 Ford F-150s with an 8.8" (10 bolt) front suspension differential. We recommend the use of a master bearing kit, especially on high mileage trucks.

Please Note. Contact your local Ford dealer to determine if your F-150 has an 8.8 in. (10 bolt) or a 9.75 in. (12 bolt) differential.

Technical Note. It is required to match both the front and rear gear ratios on Ford F-150 four-wheel-drive models to prevent damage to both the transfer case and transmission. For proper installation, we recommend working with a qualified shop that you trust.
