Description
High-Output Reverse Lighting. The Morimoto Boost Bar License Plate Light delivers powerful reverse illumination with an array of 45 high-efficiency LEDs and a precisely engineered beam pattern. Designed to mount easily behind US/CA-spec license plates, it significantly improves rearward visibility during reversing maneuvers, enhancing safety and convenience.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from powdercoated die-cast aluminum, the housing is both durable and corrosion-resistant, meeting IP69K standards for water and dust protection. The optical-grade polycarbonate lens is UV-coated and precisely shaped in-house to project a focused 45-degree beam, finished with a sleek satin black powdercoat giving it a professional and integrated look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with plug-and-play compatibility for Morimoto XB tail lights or the included wiring tap kit for universal reverse light circuits. It mounts directly to the top two standard license plate holes for a clean, factory-style fit with no drilling generally required.
Warranty. Backed by a five-year limited warranty for long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation; excludes 2019 and newer Ram 1500 models due to bumper shape incompatibility.
