      Magnetic Oil Drain Plug. The Mishimoto Magnetic Oil Drain Plug; M18 x 1.5 captures and removes harmful metal fragments from engine oil, preventing bearing damage and prolonging engine lifespan. It is designed to replace a standard oil drain plug, helping to maintain cleaner oil circulation without affecting routine oil changes.

      Construction and Appearance. This drain plug is precisely machined from billet 6061 aluminum for durability and lightweight strength. It incorporates a powerful neodymium magnet concealed within the plug to capture metal particles, finished with a sleek black coating for corrosion resistance and enhanced visual appeal.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications or drilling. The plug features a 24 mm hex head and should be tightened to a torque specification of 15 lb-ft to ensure proper sealing without damaging the threads.

      Warranty. This product includes a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
