The Mishimoto Black Performance Intercooler Kit with Polished Piping is engineered to not only reduce induced air by 10-degrees Fahrenheit, it also enhances both air volume and flow. These characteristics work together to provide your F-150’s engine with larger amounts of cold air, which in turn significantly improves power gains.
Crafted for Efficiency. The Mishimoto Black Performance Intercooler Kit with Polished Piping’s external fin area is increased by 163%, with a 77% increase in internal core volume compared to stock. What this means is, this intercooler is able to quickly cool down larger volumes of air. Its free-flowing aluminum pipes feature 38% larger internal volume, contributing to the increased air volume. Finally, this intercooler uses silicone couplers with a one-of-a-kind DuraCore technology. These special couplers offer greater durability when compared to regular silicone couplers.
Robust Aluminum Build Quality. The Mishimoto Black Performance Intercooler Kit with Polished Piping features a robust aluminum construction for superior cooling and corrosion resistance. Its cold-side intercooler tubes come with CNC-milled IAT sensor housing and disconnect flange. Lastly, the intercooler is finished in a black powder coat that contrasts nicely with the polished intercooler tubes.
Uncomplicated, No-Mod Installation. The Mishimoto Black Performance Intercooler Kit with Polished Piping is a direct bolt-on assembly using your truck’s factory intercooler location. While larger compared to stock, this intercooler fits perfectly without the need for modifications to your truck. Also, this intercooler kit includes all necessary mounting hardware for an uncomplicated installation.
