How to Install Modern Billet Lower Grille - Polished (06-08) on your Ford F-150

NOTE: Be careful not to scratch the grills surface.

1) Open the hood to allow access to the rear of the bumper. Test fit the billet insert into the factory bumper opening. The picture shows how the extension brackets mounts to the bumber and billet. Side a U-Clip nut onto the extension brackets where the billet will mount.

2) Note the two tabs welded to the rear of the billet grille. Place a screw in the two tabs from the front and fasten the brackets. It may be necessary to slightly bend the brackets so the billet is aligned properly. Use the metric bolts and washers to secure the bottom. Be sure the billet is centered and tighten the fasterners. Do not over tighten the hardware.
