Description
Quality Suspension Upgrade. The Max Trac Front Shock for Stock Height is engineered to enhance your vehicle’s ride quality by improving damping and control. It replaces factory shocks to restore stock height and handling characteristics, maintaining vehicle stability and comfort across a variety of terrains.
Construction and Appearance. Built from durable steel, this front shock features a twin tube design with a black paint finish to resist corrosion. It includes vulcanized rubber lower bushings and large diameter stem bushings with washers for secure mounting and extended durability.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The shock must be mounted with the body at the bottom and the shaft at the top to ensure proper function.
Application. Designed specifically for 99-06 2WD Silverado 1500 models, this shock supports wheel widths up to 9 inches and wheel backspacing of at least 4.5 inches. Using wheels outside these recommendations may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
